We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages. Shipments are made from various shipping points in different European countries.
What is the cost of shipping?

- Low order fee = 10 €
- Recommended letter (EU countries) = 9 €
- Express delivery (EU countries) = 25 €
- Express delivery with insurance = 25 € + 10% of the total order value
Total order value 30 to 199 €
- Recommended letter (EU countries) = 9 €
- Express delivery (EU countries) = 25 €
- Express delivery with insurance = 25 € + 10% of the total order value
Total order value 200 to 399 €
- Recommended letter (EU countries) = 4 €
- Express delivery (EU countries) = 19 €
- Express delivery with insurance = 19 € + 10% of the total order value
Total order value over 400 €
- Express delivery (EU countries) = FOR FREE
- Express delivery with insurance = FOR FREE + 10% of the total order value
2. Other European countries + Other countries of the world
Armenia, Andorra, Belarus, Finland, Monaco, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City + other countries in the world (outside countries at risk)
Total order value 0 to 29 €
- Low order fee = 10 €
- Letter (worldwide) = 9 €
Total order value 30 to 199 €
- Letter (worldwide) = 9 €
Total order value over 200 €
- Letter (worldwide) = 4 €
We do not deliver to these high-risk countries

Express delivery with insurance
Delivery time is 3 – 7 working days. Package can be tracked on the internet. Fastest method of transport! We guarantee delivery of package. If the goods are detained, we will resend the parcel or refund your money.
We guarantee the delivery of your order, only if you use “Express delivery with insurance” shipping method. Although we ship with maximum discretion and have a high rate of successful deliveries, there is still a possibility of risk with international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. If the package is seized by customs, simply send us scaned picture of the original letter of the customs seizure and we will send you again your goods absolutely free of charge, or refund money, but only if you use “Express delivery with insurance” shipping method. We can not guarantee delivery of your goods, or refunding money if you use any other shipping method.
How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.
Is it legal to purchase these products?
Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local FDA or customs office regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country.
How are products shipped?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Since prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points in Europe established in different countries to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.
With customs we have 99% success to USA, 100% success to any country of EU.
Any order to be delivered to these countries please be aware the order is at the full risk of buyer. We only ship by regular mail to these countries to ensure discrete shipping which has a high success rate of delivery.
How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
Is a signature required for shipping?
Since our shipment is not a recorded/registered method of shipment, it does not require a signature upon delivery. Depending your country of origin the postal service occasionally may require it and if you are not at home the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide (outside of the risk countries listed above in the text), but again, we stress that you check with your local FDA or customs office for regulations and restrictions in your country.
Payments
Due to the increasing amount of credit card and online fraud, I regret we do not accept credit or debit card as a method of payment. We only accept internet bank transfer, crypto (BTC + ETH) and depending on your country we may only be able to accept Western Union.
