Orders are packed with attention to volume efficiency. If an order exceeds the optimal package size, it will be divided into multiple shipments automatically. Dispatch locations vary within Europe to ensure smooth logistics and consistent delivery performance.

  • Recommended Letter: 9 €

  • Express Delivery: 25 €

  • Express Delivery with Insurance: 25 € + 10% of order value

Order value 30–199 €

  • Recommended Letter: 9 €

  • Express Delivery: 25 €

  • Express Delivery with Insurance: 25 € + 10% of order value

Order value 200–399 €

  • Recommended Letter: 4 €

  • Express Delivery: 19 €

2. Other European & Selected International Destinations

Includes Armenia, Andorra, Belarus, Finland, Monaco, San Marino, Sweden, Vatican City, and other low-risk international destinations.

Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to destinations classified as high-risk, including:
Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Norway, Poland, Slovak Republic, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States (including associated territories).

Orders placed with delivery addresses in restricted destinations are processed at the customer’s own responsibility.

Shipping Methods Explained

Lettre
Basic untracked shipping option. Delivery times may vary. Delivery resolution options are limited.

Lettre recommandée
Tracked shipping within the EU. A balanced option for standard orders.

Express Delivery
Priority shipping with enhanced handling and faster processing.

Express Delivery with Insurance
Our premium shipping option. Includes priority handling and an extended order resolution policy in case of delivery issues. This option is strongly recommended for maximum reliability.

Delivery Guarantee & Resolution Policy

Order resolution guarantees apply exclusively to orders shipped via Express Delivery with Insurance.

In the unlikely event of a delivery issue, customers using this shipping method are entitled to either a replacement shipment or a refund, according to our resolution policy.

For other shipping methods, delivery resolution options are limited.

Order Processing Time

After placing an order, payment instructions are sent automatically by email. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on destination and selected shipping method.
